Immediately or by agreement, we are looking for an HR recruitment specialist for our HR team. 60-80% - at least. 4 days per week
Your area of responsibility
- You will find the right talent: You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process for specialists and executives from the job advertisement to successful recruitment.
- You are a sparring partner and first point of contact: you advise our line managers on recruitment, contribute your expertise and find the right solutions together with them.
- With your creativity and new impulses, you will continue to develop our recruiting and employer branding activities to attract the best talent in the healthcare sector.
- On-boarding: You are responsible for our interdisciplinary day of introduction and develop it continuously.
Your profile
- You are an open, communication-strong personality who brings real added value to the team with her positive nature and her sense of people.
- You have a commercial basic education, further education in HR or recruiting desirable.
- You bring several years of experience in recruitment, ideally in healthcare.
- You have a reliable knowledge of German.
