Application process
- System support as an application manager /r (plan sheets, hierarchy, catalogue of icons, authorizations) as well as monitoring of the correct registration of absences in the system, including holiday cuts for absences
- Consulting as well as support of the line managers and planning managers in the daily work in time management and labour law issues
- Assistance in the implementation of new tools, assumption of special tasks by agreement as well as creation and maintenance of specialist manuals and instructions DEIN PROFIL
- Completed basic commercial training with very good knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Very good HR process knowledge coupled with a high IT affinity
