- You work in a small, specialized team across the different segments of the Migros industry.
- You take the lead in the development and implementation of the IKS framework according to group specifications, including IKS roadmap, strategy and scope, and you are responsible for the relevant governance documents (directives, risk control matrix).

- at least 3 years of professional experience: risk management, in particular in dealing with operational risks and internal control systems
Main responsibilities
- You work in a small, specialized team across the different segments of the Migros industry.
- You take the lead in the development and implementation of the IKS framework according to group specifications, including IKS roadmap, strategy and scope, and you are responsible for the relevant governance documents (directives, risk control matrix).
- You have the lead over the IKS framework and its monitoring and further development – in line with the Group specifications.
- You independently conduct IKS workshops, as a Sparring partner*in support decision-makers in the identification, evaluation, control and monitoring of risks and advises on regulatory and internal requirements in the specialist areas.
- You carry out regular risk control cycles updates, monitor risk assessments, strategies and mitigation measures, and ensure that all employees are trained appropriately.
- You are responsible for reporting on risks and the effectiveness of the internal control system.
- You're responsible for data processing.
Key requirements
- Requisiti
- at least 3 years of professional experience: risk management, in particular in dealing with operational risks and internal control systems
- completed study (Uni/ETH, FH, HF): business, finance, risk management or a comparable subject
- experience in managing projects and workshops as well as the introduction and maintenance of risk management tools.
- Wide and sound knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements (e.g.
- COSO).
- Strong analytical skills, solution-oriented work and experience in collaboration with various stakeholders.
