- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics or finance, ideally with a focus on risk management, business continuity management or compliance
- 3–5 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, operational resilience, auditing or consulting;

Key requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration, economics or finance, ideally with a focus on risk management, business continuity management or compliance
- 3–5 years of professional experience in risk management, compliance, operational resilience, auditing or consulting;
- Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
- Strong project and change management skills as well as experience in dealing with Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) processes and tools
- High level of initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, willingness to perform and strong teamwork skills as well as strong communication and stakeholder management skills in a dynamic environment
- Good MS Office knowledge, as well as very good knowledge of German and English;
- Knowledge of French is an advantage - willingness to travel within Switzerland to clinics and centers (approx. 20–30%) Are you ready to get started in an innovative environment?
