Main responsibilities
- Professional co-responsibility for occupational safety and health protection in close cooperation with the various stakeholders
- Implementation and evaluation of hazard determinations and audits
- Event detection, definition of follow-up measures and control of implementation
- Responsibility for the implementation of the EKAS guidelines in accordance with the Migros Group operating group solution and maintenance of a company-wide safety culture
- Technical advice and training of security officers and management
- Participation in technical training and training on the subject of ASGS
- Development of concepts and optimization proposals as well as management of projects Requirements
- 3 years of professional experience: occupational safety and health protection in a similar function
- Completed basic or further training: as a specialist for occupational safety and health protection with federal law. Specialist card
- Driving license and willingness to travel in the cantons of Zurich, Schwyz, Glarus and St. Gallen
