- with employees and/or authorities in the management of suspected left-wing cases
- Daily verification of reports in the Doxis4 mailbox (Coordinating Center Lotte Insurance Frauds (LFA) Western Switzerland/Ticino)
- Dismantling of reports, execution of preliminary checks and forwarding to antifraud specialist
- Response to requests between insurance companies
- Case management in the office, by telephone or by other means of correspondence
- If necessary, execution of inspections on site and interviews and/or comparisons with facts
- Refusal of fraudulent claims by letter, e-mail etc. LFA Administration
- Administrative support for LFA specialists Anforderungen:
- More years of professional experience as a director
- German-Italian bilingual, with excellent oral and written knowledge
