As part of the replacement of our existing time management system PEP by Swisio, we are looking for an expert and solution-oriented person who is well versed in time management.
In a first phase, you take on the ongoing PEP tasks and thus relieve the team that focuses on the introduction of Swisio.
In the further course, you actively accompany the changeover and switch yourself to the new system.

- Ensure smooth scheduling of servicing, absence and spare parts (creation, mutation, deletion of entries)
- Careful and reliable maintenance and processing of personnel master data as well as time management-relevant information
- Evaluation of current and future requirements for time management as well as active participation in the replacement of existing systems
- Support in the support and quality assurance of time management systems as well as ensuring smooth operation
- Preparation of evaluations and analyses from personal master and wage data and preparation of relevant information for internal stakeholders
- Support in absentee management and ensuring correct processing of the corresponding data
- Addressing human and labour law, analysing regulations, making legal clarifications and ensuring correct implementation Support for testing new releases Requirements
- You have a completed commercial basic education EFZ or a comparable education
- Several years of experience in HR administration and time management Analytical and service-oriented thinking
