- Your responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and availability of pressurized equipment at the site, ensuring regulatory, technical and documentary follow-up, with a permanent concern for safety and continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance, safety and reliability of equipment through preventive and curative maintenance in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (ESP).
- Diploma of specialist engineer in pressure equipment (ESP) or equivalent training.
Main responsibilities
- Your responsibilities
- Ensure compliance and availability of pressurized equipment at the site, ensuring regulatory, technical and documentary follow-up, with a permanent concern for safety and continuous improvement.- Ensure compliance, safety and reliability of equipment through preventive and curative maintenance in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive (ESP).
- Supervise the planning and preparation of periodic inspections and non-destructive controls (ASIT, TRCI, valves...).
- Establish, monitor and pilot action plans resulting from regulatory inspections.
- Analyze and validate technical inspection records in accordance with legal requirements.
- Develop and monitor regulatory documents and activity reports for competent authorities (Geneva State).
- To supervise and accompany the qualification of internal pipers and the evaluation of external providers.
- Provide technical support for studies, new works and modernization projects.
- Promote continuous improvement tools and methods (5S, DMAIC, 5P, etc.).
