Main responsibilities
- You advise company management, managers and specialist areas in all matters of occupational safety and health protection
- Develop, maintain and optimize operational security concepts, security systems and relevant AS/GS documentation
- You plan and accompany hazard investigations, risk assessments, audits and safety tours
- You manage prevention and safety measures, coordinate their implementation and ensure controlling
- You organize and conduct training, instructions and instruction in the area of AS/GS
- You support the locations and the local contact persons AS/GS professionally and methodically
- You will advise on the selection, provision and safe use of work equipment and personal protective equipment
- You accompany incident investigations in the event of accidents, near incidents and safety-related incidents and derive improvement measures
- If necessary, you will coordinate the involvement of other ASA specialists and work together with internal and external specialist departments
- You represent the company in national specialist groups
