- Independent support of demanding personnel cases in close cooperation with managers and HR business partners
- Responsibility for a professional personnel administration – from employment and contract extensions to changes in functional and employment levels and resignations and dismissals
- Examination and preparation of personnel measures and mutations via digital HR workflows as well as coordination of further processing with personnel processing
- Ensuring careful and reliable maintenance and mutation of personnel master data
- Obtaining and coordinating work and residence permits and advising on the employment of persons from third countries
- Preparation of employment certificates and other personnel-relevant documents and confirmations

- You independently manage a defined organizational area, advise employees and managers on operational HR topics and ensure reliable coordination of HR processes between both institutions.
- Among other things, you will take on the following tasks:
- The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland.
- Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients.
- Professional support and support of decentralized HR employees within the managed organizational units and HR pools
