- It is a hub, planning centre and competence centre for the business of the Economic Directorate, advises and supports the Directorate and the organizational units and offers services in the areas of human resources, finance, communication, law and digital transformation.
- The Education & Development team in the Human Resources & Development department is the competence center for human resources development and, among other things, is responsible for an effective educational offer that is continuously developed in cooperation with the areas.
- Our goal is to empower employees and leaders for their tasks and to support them in the development of competences for tomorrow.

- Revision, further development and quality assurance of existing offers
