Full description
For our school care we are looking for immediately or by agreement temporarily until 31. July 2027 several social pedagogues or childhood pedagogues for different fields of application.
Tasks
A social pedagogue or childhood pedagogue in the care team (cooperation in a care team as part of a socio-educational function), a social pedagogue or childhood pedagogue in integration – kindergarten (1:1 accompaniment of a child with an increased need for support in kindergarten care), a social pedagogue or childhood pedagogue in integration – flexible (1:1 accompaniment of children with an increased need for support). Precise information on working days and working hours can be discussed in a personal interview.
Their tasks include
- Developing and securing a climate conducive to learning in care
- Development and implementation of a wide range of activities taking into account the interests and needs of children
- Contribution to children's education and social development
- For the integration centres: individual 1:1 support and support for children with an increased need for support
- Interdisciplinary cooperation in the care and school team as well as with other specialists
- Parental contacts
Profile
- Graduate degree in pedagogy or social pedagogy at tertiary level (diploma of a higher technical school, teaching office, university or university)
- Professional experience in caring for and accompanying children
- Enjoying the individual promotion and accompaniment of children with different needs
- Positive attitude, ability to reflect, flexibility, humour and resilience
- Self-employed and responsible work
- Administrative flair
