We are looking for a maternity representation for our social service until summer 2027 in hourly wages, from now on or by agreement
On our stations, the social service is an integral part of the interprofessional treatment team. It offers patients advice and help with social issues such as living, work, daily structure, finances and social insurance, taking into account the social environment.
Their tasks The social workers record, define and point out social problems and work closely with the respective treatment teams. The individually tailored therapy offer on the wards is specifically geared towards the reintegration of patients into the old or new circumstances. The focus is on networking with institutions in the age range, relatives and specialist centres and the search for suitable follow-up solutions.
Your profile For this demanding activity, we are looking for a specialist with a Bachelor in Social Work who can move professionally in an interdisciplinary team. They bring with them a high level of professional and personal competence in social-psychiatric work, resilience, flexibility, humor and a special interest in interprofessional teamwork. Experiences in working with older adults and corresponding networks are beneficial.
