Guests are offered genuine hospitality to maintain an individual lifestyle. In the public restaurant “elegante”, market-fresh and balanced dishes are also served for external guests.
We are looking for our team at the Tertianum Residenz Horgen from September 1st, 2026

Your tasks
- Shared responsibility for adequate catering for our residence guests
and from visitors
- Team leadership and day-to-day responsibility
- Main contact person in the absence of department head
- Production and quality control of hot and cold dishes
- Adhere to and ensure HACCP guidelines
- Help with events and events
- Assumption of administrative responsibilities
- Experience in apprenticeship training
Your profile
- Professional and management experience in similar positions
- High quality awareness with reliable and independent working methods
- Ideally experience with modern cooking methods
- Friendly and respectful manners
- Proficiency in the German language, both spoken and written
