In the Zurich notary offices, around 650 employees are committed to the concerns of customers and attach great importance to quality, discretion and customer orientation. All 44 notaries in the canton of Zurich are also land register and bankruptcy offices and belong to the Zurich administration of justice organization. We are looking for a notary deputy 60 - 100% immediately or by agreement You work in a motivated team that handles the arising business in the areas of notary, land register and bankruptcy. Her essential tasks include customer consultations in matrimonial and inheritance law, the drafting and certification of contracts in company and land register law, as well as in matrimonial and inheritance law. The preparation of draft wills, the maintenance and revision of the land register, the handling of (even larger) bankruptcy proceedings and the performance of management tasks round off your task profile. What you bring
- A prerequisite for this diverse and demanding activity is the certificate of ability to become a notary deputy or the certificate of elective ability to become a notary of the Canton of Zurich
- They are capable of teamwork, work accurately and customer-oriented
- You have a quick understanding and can answer complex legal questions independently and competently, orally and in writing.
- You have (first) leadership experience and are happy to take on responsible tasks in which you are also exposed in the center of attention We offer you an exciting, versatile and varied job in a collegial (management) team of 15 people.
