Canton of Zurich Financial Directorate Tax Office Specialist Supporter/in reference service 100% The reference service department acts as the tax reference legal service. To strengthen our department, we are looking for a dedicated specialist supporter/reference service as of 1 December 2026 or by agreement. Job description

• Handling demanding legal and administrative activities together with an existing employee.
• Processing of requests for a waiver and amendment of regulations.
• Preparation of liability and tax refund orders including the corresponding calculations.
• List and statistics management of the Reference Service section.
• Assist legal staff and the head of the reference service in administrative tasks.
• Active participation in projects.
• Training and guidance of trainees. Requirement profile
• Completed commercial training and several years of professional experience.
• Ideally, professional experience in the legal environment (court, law firm) or in a public administration.
• Excellent knowledge of German in words and writing, a pronounced IT affinity and pleasure in dealing with numbers.
• Independent, committed and team-capable personality.
• Professional appearance and stylish, precise written and oral expressive ability.
