Role overview

Introduction: You will drive the evolution of CERN’s Service Management platform, currently based on ServiceNow, in line with business needs and developments from the platform provider. Functions:

Identify and present relevant technical solutions (e.g.

AI based automation) by following new releases and announcements from the PaaS service provider (ServiceNow).
