Role overview

Descrizione The social-pedagogical-psychiatric model station SOMOSA offers a stationary 9- to 12-month intensive care program for 14- to 18-year-old clients: females in a severe adolescence crisis.

The aim of the treatment is to stabilise young people in their personality to such an extent that they can exist in the existing supporting or replacing socialisation systems.

The setting and the therapeutic instruments are composed of elements of psychiatric milieu therapy, structures similar to social-pedagogical home companies and a psychotherapy offer corresponding to an open psychotherapy station with 365-day operation.

As a possible connection solution to our stationary therapy program, our external residential training is available.

The young people are supervised mainly in the evening with a supportive social pedagogical support from experienced specialists.

In a broad sense, we take up the living training as a life training, with training being part of learning certain skills through repeated practice.

It demands more self-responsibility for young people, but also offers more freedoms than a stationary housing group.

The young people usually follow an external activity during the day or participate in the programme in our own daily structure.

Therefore, care takes place mainly in the evening and only very rarely on weekends.

• Requirements
• Training as a social worker / social worker or social education / social teacher HFS / FHS / university
• Good social skills
• Experience in the jugendpsychiatric stationary area desirable
• Self-organized and independent work in small team
• Three working days between Monday and Thursday
• Working hours from 14.00 to 22.00
