Full description
Our patients are treated both in the heart of Zurich and at the airport "The Circle", in the largest outpatient center in Europe. In our scheduling, we lay the decisive foundation for the smooth planning of outpatient appointments at modern workplaces at USZ. >The University Hospital Zurich is one of the largest hospitals in Switzerland. Our more than 8,600 employees and around 700 trainees work every day for the well-being of our patients.
Tasks
- Assuming efficient and demanding planning, coordination and scheduling of outpatient appointments
- Written and oral correspondence with patients, assigning doctors, hospitals and interfaces at the USZ
- Self-employment of various administrative tasks
Requirements
- Basic medical training (medical assistant / medical assistant or health specialist / health specialist) or training in the medical / nursing sector with corresponding commercial further education or training as a pharmaceutical assistant: in resp. Professional / Professional Pharmacy
- Experience as a dispatcher: in the hospital environment are advantageous
- Reliable, service-oriented and team-capable personality with very good IT knowledge (MS Office, KISIM beneficial)
