Main responsibilities

- Assisting to complete the SOP documentation for the team while shadow learning from the Site IT Operations Specialist. New floor setup of IT equipments New Hire IT Onboarding tasks
- Assisting for IT Asset Management which includes stock count, migration of data to new asset management tool and asset management documentation
- Assisting as a backup for Site IT Operations Specialist for daily task on handling user issues.

- Undergraduate students from reputable universities in the relevant fields of IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
- Passionate and energetic in information technology functions (IT Hardware related).
