- Several years of professional experience in the quality management of a manufacturing industrial company
Key requirements
- Completed technical studies or basic technical training with further training in quality management
- Several years of professional experience in the quality management of a manufacturing industrial company
- Ideally, experience in plastics, packaging, food or a comparable manufacturing industry
- In-depth knowledge of the relevant management systems, in particular ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000; other standards such as ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or ISO 50001 are advantageous
- Experience in planning, implementing and supporting internal and external audits
- Strong technical understanding and experience in the analysis of quality deviations and production processes
- Safe use of quality methods such as FMEA, MSA, 8D or 5 Why
- Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
- Independent, structured and analytical working method
