For our customer service/service desk on the ground floor of the GLOBUS flagship store on Bahnhofstrasse in Zurich, we are looking for a positioned and sympathetic person at the earliest possible time, who can support the existing team in a workload of 60% temporarily until 31.01.2027. Here you make the difference

• As a host, you ensure that our customers feel welcome and welcomed as guests.
• You are the focal point for general information.
• You accept customer complaints and handle returns.
• You are responsible for handling any Globus Pluscard requests (locking lost cards, creating day passes, credit check, etc.).
• You work closely with the Pluscard Service and Customer Service National.
• You process customer orders, customer requests and process online orders (click & reserve).
• You are responsible for the management of computer checkouts and the management of parking tickets.
• You control the telephone exchange.
• You support in the coordination of logistics and delivery of goods (ground floor).

That draws you out

• You have successfully completed a vocational training (e.g. KV) and / or bring several years of experience in the retail trade / customer service or in the hotel industry.
• You are a service-oriented personality with a high willingness to provide services.
• You love and live the role as a host:in and have a pronounced customer orientation.
• You have a good relationship and a good appearance.
• You are very reliable and act on your own initiative.
• You have excellent knowledge of German and fluent knowledge of English
• Good knowledge of French is a plus, other languages are not a must, but of great advantage for our international guests.
