You deepen your expertise in occupational pensions and take responsibility for complex performance cases – in a motivated team that lives cooperation, customer orientation and continuous process improvement.

In this role, at Zurich Switzerland, you will strengthen the Claims Life damage division for Claims Corporate Customers Collection Foundation and will be part of the Standard Services team. You work in a team with eight motivated colleagues, bring your expertise in the processing of performance cases and develop it continuously. You will perfect the implementation of processes and help our customers to rely on a professional and reliable handling of their requirements.

This is what awaits you

• You check and assess benefits claims in cases of incapacity for work on the basis of the regulations.
• You obtain medical records, powers of attorney and insurance records, assess medical issues and initiate the necessary steps in the performance process.
• You coordinate the cooperation with social and private insurers as well as other internal and external stakeholders and examine the need for case management measures.
• You actively control your performance cases throughout the entire process, determine revisions and resubmissions and ensure their timely processing.
• You advise insured persons, employers and internal and external partners by telephone and in writing and ensure customer-oriented, transparent and timely case handling.

This sets you apart

• Completed insurance training or equivalent qualification with a focus on occupational pension provision.
• Several years of experience in the processing of damage cases, ideally in the area of BVG.
• Strong customer orientation and communication strength to convey complex issues in an understandable way.
• Ability to implement processes efficiently and continuously improve them.
• Team spirit and the willingness to actively contribute to the collaboration and success of the team.
