- You are the first point of contact for insured persons, service providers and other stakeholders - by telephone, in writing and via digital channels such as the customer portal and myAXA app
- You ensure competent, solution-oriented support and a first-class customer experience
- You use modern, AI-supported tools to efficiently process customer concerns and actively contribute to the further development of our digital services
- You coordinate concerns independently and forward them to the relevant departments in a targeted manner
- You work closely with the back office and other interfaces and promote smooth, cross-departmental collaboration
- If you are suitable, you will be involved in cross-departmental projects
This is what you bring with you
- Commercial training with experience in the health insurance environment and/or basic medical training (e.g. pharmaceutical assistant, druggist, MPA, FaGe, nursing specialist)
- Enjoy working with digital tools and be open to new, AI-supported ways of working
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of challenging customer discussions
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German; a second national language (French or Italian) is mandatory, knowledge of English is an advantage
