Role overview

The Operations department of the Migros Cooperative Federation, Business Unit Group Technology Services, provides a wide range of IT services for the Migros Group.

As an interface between service suppliers, business partners and customers, you are responsible for IT service management and the provision of relevant SAP and non-SAP IT corporate business services.

Main responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for a service or group of services in terms of content, cost and performance compared to agreed service levels
  • Ensuring smooth integration, optimization and further development of the responsible service
  • Support for central sourcing by preparing and transmitting information and supporting the tendering process until the service is taken over
  • Performing service/operation management audits and creating management reports
  • Operational link between suppliers, partners and customers Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience: in the area of requirements management and management of external service providers
  • Completed basic or further training: with higher vocational training in computer science or comparable training as well as further training in IT service management ITIL
  • Strong experience in the IT environment (cloud provider, cloud architecture, data governance, security requirements, compliance, WAN network management, brokerage)
  • In-depth experience in IT service management – preferably according to ITIL Solution- and service-oriented personality
  • Collaborative mindset for cross-cutting collaboration – experience with agile working methods (SAFe) German (flowing) English (good knowledge) French (advantageous) Cosa of friamo
