- representation of the management of gastronomy & sales in absence as well as active assistance in the seminar center,
- especially in absentia management catering & sales Requirements
- Training as a catering specialist and/or further education as dipl. Restaurant manager of advantage
- multi-year professional experience in the catering industry and profound experience in the service sector
- multi-year management experience in a comparable function
- Expressed service and host orientation as well as joy in dealing with people
