As Senior Sustainability Regulatory Manager , you will establish and lead a centralized internal function responsible for managing environmental, material and product-related regulations. You will provide group-wide direction on requirements such as REACH, RoHS, PFAS, Ecodesign and Right to Repair, helping us anticipate regulatory changes, protect market access and future-proof our product p
This strategic, cross-functional role goes beyond regulatory monitoring and compliance advice. You will translate evolving obligations into actionable company requirements, establish effective governance and drive their consistent implementation across business units and functions.
- Establish a structured approach to monitoring global and regional environmental, material and product regulations.
- Assess the applicability and impact of new and evolving requirements across products, technologies, markets and lifecycle stages.
- Translate complex legal and technical obligations into clear company requirements, regulatory positions and practical guidance.
- Design and continuously improve the end-to-end regulatory lifecycle—from early monitoring and gap identification through remediation, verification and closure.
- Establish governance structures, decision forums, escalation paths and clear accountabilities across product stewardship activities.
- Lead cross-functional gap assessments and remediation programs, ensuring clear ownership, prioritization, risk management and progress tracking.
- Serve as the group-level product stewardship authority, providing expert guidance and building regulatory capability across the organization.
