For our department Special Foundations we are looking for you as our new Senior Project Manager Special Civil Engineering (m/f/d) 80-100%. Your future employment location will be in Opfikon.

- Overall responsibility for planning, controlling and implementing complex special civil engineering projects
- Management and coordination of internal and external project teams (including construction management, polishers, subcontractors)
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality and costs
- Strategic AVOR, resource planning and deployment
- Contract and supplementary management incl. Negotiations with clients and partners
- Interface management to other trades and project participants
- Implementation and further development of project controlling
This is why you succeed
- Completed training in construction (e.g. civil engineer, dipl.) Construction manager) – ideally with further training in project management
- Several years of professional experience in project management in special civil engineering
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading interdisciplinary teams
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel), SAP/R3 and project management tools
- Entrepreneurial thinking, high personal responsibility and communication strength
- Resilient, structured and solution-oriented personality with a high level of customer orientation
