- Ensure the achievement of project goals in terms of deadlines, budget, quality, security and customer satisfaction.
- Definition of implementation strategies and coordination of all project activities for successful project implementation.
- Support and coordination of customers, suppliers, partners and internal stakeholders as well as building trusting and sustainable business relationships.
- Proactive management of risks, opportunities, changes and project dependencies.
- Monitoring and controlling financial project performance, including forecasts, costs, revenues and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and timely and accurate project reporting.
- Leadership, motivation and further development of interdisciplinary project teams and promotion of effective collaboration and a strong team culture.
- Coaching and mentoring of project leaders and new team members as well as promoting knowledge exchange and best practices.
