Main responsibilities

  • Complete monitoring of strategic business development projects, from project initiation to project implementation
  • Development of strategic and operational concepts in various areas of the value chain
  • Preparation and presentation of analyses and decision-making basis for corporate development and management
  • Early identification of potential risks and challenges in projects as well as development of proactive solutions while ensuring high conceptual and analytical quality
  • We are looking for several profiles: project management with focus on finance, focus on analyses (e.g. business cases, profitability calculations), project management with focus on processes Requirements
  • Several years of professional experience: in corporate development or in management consulting, preferably in retail
  • Completed studies (uni/ETH, FH, HF): ideally in business administration or business innovation
  • Experience in finance, focus on analyses (e.g. business cases, economic calculations) OR project management with focus on processes. Retail experience is beneficial
  • Positive hands-on personality with a holistic mindset, strategic perspective and very good analytical and conceptual skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and acting with a pragmatic and structured way of working and a strong will to continuously develop yourself and the company
