Main responsibilities
- overall responsibility for the planning, control and implementation of strategic initiatives
- Development of sound, conceptual solutions for complex problems and strategic issues
- Conducting structured analyses (impact analyses, business cases, scenario assessments) for decision-making
- Establishment and maintenance of effective stakeholder management
- Reporting to the management and preparation of decision bases
Key requirements
- 8 to 10 years: Project Management & Digital Transformation and comprehensive experience in Swiss banking
- Master's degree (University, University of Applied Sciences): Business / Banking & Finance
- Embossed conceptual and analytical skills as well as the competence to develop and communicate complex relationships in a structured manner
- Very well-founded banking expertise combined with a good IT confession to be able to judge projects and to make recommendations on management
- Management and management skills that are shown in the effective control of stream leads, project leaders etc.
- Communication skills and high enforcement strength
