- For the management of the program office and as a central key function for the program management, we are looking for an experienced person with a proven ability to lead complex transformations in the context of scientific excellence and professional, scalable operating models to success. Their role
- They significantly steer the transformation at the interface of strategy and implementation and ensure that this ambitious structural reform is effectively implemented.
- Together with the research institutes, they design and implement the target operating models and integration architectures for finance, HR and IT.
- Translate strategic decisions into actionable programmes with realistic decision-making and governance structures
- They shape the implementation of the transformation and ensure prudent and effective change and stakeholder management
- They are sparring partners of the programme management and also promote topics where interests diverge and decisions are politically sensitive.
- Several years of experience in the design and implementation of transformations in complex organizations (public context, science or large organizations of advantage)
- Demonstrate success in cross-organisational integration projects such as the establishment of shared services, harmonisation projects or the development of new operating models
- Strong ability to develop viable and feasible solutions in politically shaped and stakeholder-intensive contexts
