As part of the Project Management & Business Engineering team in the Risk, Legal & Compliance and Executive Management sub-portfolio, you will shape key steering, risk and compliance processes at Zürcher Kantonalbank, connecting regulatory requirements, business processes and technology. ServiceNow is one of our strategic platforms, and over the coming years we will deliberately continue expanding its use, including in third-party risk management, process management, data protection and data quality management.
For this, we are not looking for an administrative role, but for a person who structures complexity, critically questions the status quo and develops viable solutions from differing needs.
Your responsibilities
- Taking on the role of Product Manager and Business Engineer according to SAFe for selected ServiceNow products
- Analyzing complex business processes and requirements, critically questioning existing workflows, and deriving target visions and implementable solution concepts in collaboration with Business and IT architecture
- Structuring divergent stakeholder interests and guiding them toward viable decisions
- Designing the Target Operating Model for ServiceNow and further developing roles, responsibilities, governance and collaboration models
- Evaluating new requirements and use cases in terms of business value, feasibility, standardization and strategic fit, and ensuring the platform is sustainably further developed rather than becoming a collection of isolated solutions
Your profile
- Completed university or university of applied sciences degree, for example in business information technology, Banking & Finance or business administration, or equivalent training
- Several years of experience as a SAFe Product Manager, Business Engineer, Solution Consultant or in a comparable role at the interface between Business and IT
- Very good knowledge of ServiceNow and its platform logic, as well as the ability to assess business requirements from a technological perspective; you do not have to develop yourself, but should understand what lies behind it technically
- Confident operating at the interface between Business, IT and architecture, as well as the ability to connect different perspectives
- Your strengths lie in strategic, analytical and interconnected thinking, and you are a valuable sparring partner for your team and stakeholders
- Very good German and English skills
