- In this responsible role, together with the senior psychologist, you take over the senior medical co-management of the day clinic and actively shape the therapeutic and organizational development of the offer. Their main tasks include:
- Ensuring high quality child and adolescent psychiatric care in the assigned area
- Professional and organizational co-management of the interprofessional team in close cooperation with the senior psychologist as well as the station and school management
- Supervision, training and promotion of subordinates
- Responsibility for professional clinical documentation
- Active participation and further development of the clinical offer
- Conducting teaching and further education formats for students
- Participation in internal further education and training of the comprehensive clinic
- Participation in internal and cross-divisional projects as well as in committees
- Representation of the day clinic in regional networking committees
