Role overview

Tasks

• Professional and efficient examination and treatment of all ambulatory and inpatient patients in the field of radio-oncology with therapy discussion, education, complete documentation, radiation planning, therapy support with weekly controls, final interview and preparation of doctor's letters

• Responsible performance of radiation and radio (chemo) therapies

• Targeted and collegial cooperation with medical colleagues, case management and the secretariat as well as participation in the training of assistant doctors and medical students

• Participation in internal and external tumor boards with patient presentation

• Conscientious representation of the interests of radiation oncology and the tumor center inward and outward

• Participation in the radio-oncology background/picquet service, as well as radio-oncology consultancy, shift, weekend and public holiday services, if the clinical process so requires.

Requirements

• Specialist / Specialist in Radiooncology

• Interest in interdisciplinary cooperation

• Knowledge of modern irradiation techniques
