- Co-responsible for the monthly and annual wage processing of the 4 companies
- Professional for complex issues in the areas of payroll, social security, time management and posting
- Co-responsible for the complete wage administration
- Supporting and driving digitalisation
- Co-development and control of all wage-relevant processes
- Continuous development, i.e. Optimization of existing processes
- Close cooperation and exchange within the Payroll Team WHAT YOU SHOULD BUILD
- Training in Payroll or Human Resources
- Experience in the payroll is a requirement
- Experience in project and process management
- Joy in the co-creation of dynamic and scalable processes
- Don’t shy away from high-volume ticketing and like to take part yourself
- Compellingly very good user knowledge in SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Organization Management and SAP Time Management WHAT WE ARE TO YOU

Requirements
Education and further training in the area of Payroll or Human Resources
Several years of experience in Payroll is a prerequisite
Experience in project and process management
Enjoyment in helping to shape dynamic and scalable processes
You are not afraid of high-volume ticketing and enjoy rolling up your sleeves
Very good user knowledge of SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Organisation Management and SAP Time Management is mandatory
