- Technical responsibility for the foundation of our Workplace Platform and its continuous development
- Configure Microsoft 365 and endpoint configuration into Configuration as Code
- Build reproducible, testable and versioned configurations with PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and IaC
- Develop tooling and automations that enable self-service and reduce manual work
- Together with IT Security, define technical standards for secure and user-friendly workplace solutions
- Actively shape the platform roadmap and promote standardization and the reduction of technical debt
- Establish source control, code reviews and pipeline-based deployments as an integral part of the technical working method
- Pass on know-how in the team through pairing and shadowing and professionally empower colleagues
- Take responsibility in 3rd-level support and support 2nd-level support in complex issues

- Several years of experience in workplace/endpoint engineering with in-depth know-how in Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Intune
