- Advise customers on challenging labour law issues and create practical solutions with measurable added value.
- Design and optimize labor law documents, policies and processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Accompany restructuring and cross-border personnel assignments from an employment law perspective.
- Analyze labour risks through due diligence and support transactions with sound recommendations.
- Networking labour law issues with adjacent topics and contribute to holistic customer solutions.
- Support the maintenance and development of technical expertise and actively shape the knowledge exchange within PwC and the team.
- Law degree from a Swiss university with MLaw or lic. iur.
- Swiss attorney’s patent is an advantage.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in employment law, which you have ideally gained in a legal department or in consulting.
- Knowledge in adjacent areas of law such as migration law, social insurance or pension funds is advantageous.
- Independent, structured and precise working method with high quality standards.
- Strong customer orientation and enjoyment of developing pragmatic and sustainable solutions.
- Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
