Your impact
- Develop high-quality solutions for our customers: in the healthcare sector with a focus on service providers and health insurance.
- Develop our focus areas and support your customers: in complex strategic issues and in the area of organizational development, develop optimal processes within the framework of Operational Excellence, work on digitalization in the health insurance environment, continue the financial function or shape the future of the health care and the healthcare landscape with own initiatives.
- You are familiar with the current challenges in the hospital sector and can develop complex programs for health insurers and implement and accompany them together with the customers.
- Get involved in the new trends in the industry such as Value Based Healthcare or Integrated Care Models and develop and drive innovative and novel business models with customers in workshops.
- Work in a first-class consulting team with a focus on health insurance, health care and hospitals,

Your skill set
- University or ETH degree (preferably business or medicine with business education) and for at least 10 years relevant professional practice in the health care sector, of which at least 5 years in consulting or internal company development in the field of health insurance

- Proof of performance for the successful management and implementation of complex projects in the Swiss healthcare sector.
- Existing customer portfolio, through which you can independently acquire projects.

- Good knowledge of new technological developments/trends (e.g. AI) or willingness to acquire the necessary knowledge quickly.
- Highly motivated and dynamic personality with strong strategic thinking skills and strong social skills.
- Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing, French is an advantage.
