- Fundierte Kenntnisse im nationalen und internationalen Steuer- sowie Gesellschaftsrecht; sicherer Umgang mit modernen Systemen (SAP, Cognos von Vorteil)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind zwingend erforderlich
- Durchsetzungsstarke, integre Führungspersönlichkeit mit strategischem Denken, hoher Sozialkompetenz und der Fähigkeit, komplexe Steuerthemen verständlich zu kommunizieren
