This is the job - your main tasks
- Responsibility for leading and managing demanding transformation projects in the field of digital manufacturing, Industry 4.0 and smart operations – from strategic alignment to sustainable implementation.
- Advising customers at senior management and C-level in the further development of digital production, operations and technology models.
- Development of reliable target images, transformation roadmaps and implementation approaches for the further development of industrial value creation, processes and system landscapes.
- Design and control of effective solutions in areas such as Smart Factory, MES/MOM, IoT, Industrial Data Platforms, AI-based use cases and IT/OT-related transformation initiatives.
- Active further development of existing customer relationships, identification of strategic business potential and co-responsibility for offer processes, pitches and the positioning of Eraneos in the market.
- Leadership, coaching and targeted further development of employees as well as active contribution to the expansion of our capabilities, our team and our market impact in the field of digital manufacturing.
- Assuming responsibility for the quality, controllability and effectiveness of consulting mandates in a demanding, cross-industrial customer environment.
This job is for you if
- several years of experience in management consulting or in a comparable role with high earnings responsibility in the industrial environment.
- robust expertise in the digitization of manufacturing and operations functions and whose added value for business, technology and organization can be safely classified.
- complex transformation projects can be structured, effectively controlled and driven forward with a clear focus on benefits, implementation and impact.
- A sovereign approach to senior stakeholders, robust communication at management level and secure navigation in demanding customer situations are a matter of course.
- Experience in relevant topics such as Smart Factory, MES/MOM, IoT, ERP, IT/OT integration, Industrial Data Platforms or AI in an industrial context.
