As (Senior) Legal Counsel, you play a central role within the Implenia Group and assume legal responsibility for selected topics with a focus on Swiss construction and procurement law.

- In this role, you will advise our operational units (especially building construction) comprehensively on legal issues – with a focus on Swiss construction and procurement law.
Main responsibilities
- (Senior) Legal Counsel (m/f/d) 80-100 %
- In this role, you will advise our operational units (especially building construction) comprehensively on legal issues – with a focus on Swiss construction and procurement law.
- You take over legal risk management in bid procedures, contract negotiations and conclusions (e.g. real estate purchase contracts, work and project development contracts, rental and property contracts).
- You check, assert and enforce legal claims – or defend them in the interest of Implenia.
- In addition, you independently conduct contract and settlement negotiations and find pragmatic solutions.
- You represent Implenia in state courts and authorities and coordinate external law firms.
- Through internal training, especially in construction and procurement law, you strengthen the legal understanding within the company.

- You have successfully completed university studies in Switzerland (lic. iur./MLaw) with a Swiss lawyer patent
- You will bring 4-6 years of professional experience as a lawyer and/or legal counsel, preferably with experience in building law.
