- Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd‑level IT support, both on‑site and remotely, for all users of Sulzer Ltd, primarily within the assigned region and, if required, across other regions

- Your main tasks and responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd‑level IT support, both on‑site and remotely, for all users of Sulzer Ltd, primarily within the assigned region and, if required, across other regions
- Monitor and maintain the entire local IT infrastructure, including desktop and mobile Windows devices, MFPs, company‑specific hardware and software, user and access management, servers, network components, etc.
- Install and configure end‑user devices, including mobile phones
- Handle hardware procurement and inventory management
- Receive, analyze, and resolve incidents and service requests within 2nd‑level support using standard IT tools
- Escalate incidents and service requests to 3rd‑level support, external local service providers, or management when required
- Perform tasks in accordance with ITIL standards, primarily using the company’s internal ticketing system ServiceNow (SNOW), while adhering to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Technically coordinate and set up video conferences (Microsoft Teams / Yealink)
- Manage and maintain internal meeting room infrastructure
