Your tasks SG&A Controlling & Planning
- Responsibility for SG&A controlling including budget, forecast and month-end
- Analysis of cost development, identification of deviations and derivation or Follow-up of measures together with the responsible managers
- Responsibility for SG&A delimitations and ensuring the correct presentation in the monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
Cash and Working Capital
- Management and analysis of the short-term cash forecast and cash development
- Support in the management of working capital, especially in receivables management
Closing and Legal Entity Controlling
- Participation in monthly, quarterly and annual accounts
- Coordination and review of the financial statements of two subsidiaries
- Responsibility for VAT accounts
Governance, Audit & Finance Projects
- Coordination of internal and external audits and central contact point for audit bodies
- Responsibility for monitoring, documentation and further development of the ICS as well as corresponding corporate reporting
- Collaboration in finance projects and implementation of demanding ad hoc analyses
Your requirements
- Completed commercial or business education, ideally with further training in finance and accounting, controlling or comparable qualifications
- Several years of professional experience in finance, accounting and controlling
- Experience in cost controlling and budget planning
- Good knowledge of liquidity planning and cash forecasting
- Very good MS Office / Excel knowledge and a high affinity for IT systems and ERP solutions
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing and good knowledge of English
- Independent, structured and reliable working method
- Strong analytical skills and a good understanding of business relationships
- Communication and team skills as well as a professional approach to internal and external contacts
