- Lead end-to-end customer success initiatives, with particular focus on property and NatCat related use cases, ensuring strong adoption, retention, and expansion
- Foster collaboration with Reinsurance Underwriting and Key Account management colleagues to align our solutions with client priorities and strategic objectives
- Deliver structured onboarding and training programs, translating complex NatCat and property analytics into practical client workflows and decision frameworks
- Spearhead renewals and expansion in partnership with Sales and Reinsurance account teams, contributing directly to Net Revenue Retention and long-term profitability
- Develop comprehensive Success Plans and lead Executive/Quarterly Business Reviews, connecting solution usage to measurable business outcomes.
- Advocate for client needs within RDS, channeling customer insights into product development, delivery improvements, and roadmap prioritization.
