- Completed studies in the field of industrial engineering, business administration or comparable training, further training in the area of finance / controlling
- At least three years of experience in project controlling, preferably in large projects
- Ability to work in a team and confident demeanor towards stakeholders
- Strong communication and assertiveness, hands-on mentality and an independent, structured way of working
- Strong motivation and perseverance in complex tasks and challenges
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills
- Microsoft Office, especially very good Excel skills
