- Data Strategy: Shape the information architecture in collaboration with IT and subject matter experts, ensuring fitness for purpose and interoperability.
- Ensure data compliance, design platform-specific governance, and align with overarching standards.
- Lifecycle & Delivery Management: Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery while managing cross-program dependencies and risks.
- Agile Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and align multiple agile squads
- including IT Solution Owners, Product Designers, and developers
