80% - 100% | IT / Business Engineering | Zurich | Experienced professionals You will be involved in the business engineering of bank management with a focus on HR applications. SAP SuccessFactors is your central platform, which you develop and manage together with the systems. In this role, you combine the requirements of HR, business and IT and shape the HR system landscape of the Zürcher Kantonalbank in a sustainable manner. Your tasks

• Assuming run and change tasks for HR applications in a DevOps environment
• Creation of requirements descriptions and specifications (e.g. framework concepts, specialist specifications, features, use cases)
• Development and evaluation of future-oriented solutions taking into account economic efficiency, quality and risks
• Conducting workshops with relevant stakeholders to develop joint, sustainable decisions
• Participation in the implementation, testing and implementation of solutions in SAP SuccessFactors and the connected systems
• Close cooperation with business engineers, product management, specialist: inside, IT architecture and development

Your profile

• Higher or higher education degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science or in a comparable field
• At least 5 years of professional experience in requirements engineering, ideally with a financial services provider
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as high IT affinity with a sense of system architecture, interfaces and data flows
• In-depth knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or comparable HR applications
• Strong willingness to learn and your own drive to quickly familiarize yourself with new areas of expertise
• You score with high independence, communication strength and commitment and enjoy working in a team
• Very good oral and written expression in German
