- The salary range for this position is $84,000 to $131,000.

- Manage individual and business claims, involving one or more parties, of moderate to high complexity, within delegated authority, by providing client-centred service.
- Accurately document and maintain claims records in accordance with Zurich best practices and policies.
- Investigate claims by collecting facts, applying relevant laws and principles of negligence, and determining liability and security.
- Develop and implement case management strategies, including assessment, action plans, timely escalation, provisioning and damage assessment to achieve effective resolution.
