- By combining financial expertise and a deep understanding of the advisory business, the team contributes directly to managing growth, optimizing processes and making informed, forward-looking decisions within the organization.
- Support monthly, semi-annual and annual financial statements in close cooperation with the central finance team and ensure correct valuation of sales and net billable work in progress.
- Development, implementation and continuous development of KPI reports and performance analyses to monitor advisory results and support management decisions.
- Participation in forecasting and budgeting processes to strengthen financial planning and corporate governance.
- Active work with S/4HANA, Power BI and Excel as well as contribution to the optimization and further digitalization of the controlling and reporting landscape.
- Further development and standardization of controlling and reporting processes in the advisory sector with a focus on efficiency and data quality.
- Participation in strategic projects and initiatives as well as support in the implementation of advisory priorities and long-term corporate goals.
- Trusted contact person for financial issues as well as representation of advisory controlling in coordination with partners and the central financial organization.
- University degree in business administration, finance or a related field with a focus on controlling or finance.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling or finance, ideally in consulting, in professional services or in a comparable dynamic environment.
